I just love virgin coconut oil, I love how it smells and how it tastes. I love having my feet massaged with it either by myself or having someone else do it (ultimately someone else doing it is the best). Coconut oil can be used all over the skin and hair plus you can bake and cook with it too. I keep two containers on hand, one in the kitchen for cooking and the other in the bathroom for hair, skin, nails and feet.
One of my favorite blogs that I follow is Chocolate Cover Katie (it is a blog featuring healthy desert recipes and I love to cook and bake, Katie’s blog is my most favorite food blog on the planet!) and during the month of October she has Hug a Fat Month where she talks about the importance of including healthy fats into your diet (such as olive oil, virgin coconut oil and avocados). So I thought I would share my “favorite fat” which is coconut oil because not only is it good on the inside it is good on the outside too and my feet love it plus it smells amazing! My feet stay nice, soft and moisturized from the regular use of the coconut oil, having nice soft feet is always a good thing in my book.
